The menu

Throughout the year, the restaurant invites you to discover or rediscover the great classics of brasserie cuisine. In addition to a varied menu containing around sixty different dishes, Vincent Dupont also offers some timely alternatives. Game, seafood, asparagus and Bouchot mussels are thus available on the menu according to the season. In summer, the barbecue takes over the garden to honour the meats from the Picron farm.

Local produce

Vincent Dupont cut his teeth in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Le Fox de la Panne and Pierre Romeyer's La Maison de Bouche. This apprenticeship left our chef with a love for traditional local cuisine that has grown over the years. Since 1985, he has been passionate about making produce taste fantastic, without getting caught up in showy cuisine and whilst taking delight in boycotting any ready-made foods. The result is what the Auberge le XIXe is renowned for; well before it became fashionable, the restaurant was already relying on regional produce. From celery grown in the family garden with butter from the village farm, to homemade jams and the Walloon cheese plate, locally sourced products are at the heart of this menu.
