Throughout the year, the restaurant invites you to discover or rediscover the great classics of brasserie cuisine. In addition to a varied menu containing around sixty different dishes, Vincent Dupont also offers some timely alternatives. Game, seafood, asparagus and Bouchot mussels are thus available on the menu according to the season. In summer, the barbecue takes over the garden to honour the meats from the Picron farm.
